Chief of Staff to the CEO

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to drive key initiatives, ensure operational efficiency, and provide strategic guidance.
This role demands strong problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-growth environments, a deep understanding of technology businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the executive team.
- Track and drive CEO-led projects across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Partner with the leadership team to set strategic objectives and oversee their execution.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence reports for CEO initiatives.
- Attend key meetings, take actionable notes, and ensure follow-ups are executed.
- Organize executive-level events, town halls, and leadership offsites.
- Work closely with department heads to drive collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Own the project management to drive execution on critical initiatives while balancing quality, speed and flexibility.
- Lead special projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with C-level executives and leadership teams.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines with good time management skills.
- Excellent command of English
